Returns & Exchanges

We believe in giving our clients the best experience, but we realize that we have limitations and there can be times when you might face issues with the orders placed on our e-store.

Fear not! We have flexible return and exchange policies for you!

EXCHANGE

  • Make sure that the package hasn’t been damaged before accepting your delivery. If it has been damaged during transportation, then don’t accept or sign for it.
  • If you’ve already accepted a damaged package or it was accepted by someone else, please contact us.

NOTE:  Exchanges for unpacked or partially used packages will not be accepted.

RETURN & REFUND

  • You can cancel your order before the shipping process.
  • We do not offer returns once an order is shipped and received successfully.
  • We can facilitate you with return and refund only in case of defective or wrong order sent,
  1. Product is unused
  2. The price label is not removed
  3. You have the purchase invoice
  4. The return is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • Prepaid orders will be refunded after exchange or cancellation is done within 2-3 working days.

NOTE: Refunds can take more time in case of any bank transaction or processing issue.
